Chapter four importance

The most important thing i have learned from chapter four has to be the importance for me to feel relaxed when I read. I have to have something going on in the background or I cannot read. I also have to be in a comfortable position and have to have something to eat while i read/study or i will get no where in the thing i have read. Also learning how to get the most out of reading like outlining and summarizing has been of great importance to me.
